ReplyDeleteThis makes such a nice positive quote and something we all need to take time to do more off! Sometimes I find myself so caught up in things I actually forget to acknowledge others, especially in my work as we just get left to get on with things so we have freedom to do the job alone but I should make more effort to listen more and engage x
